In the app
Open Settings → Account and help → Delete account and confirm. The app shows the deletion status and deadline.
Without app access
Send a request from the account's email if available. Include TORII XIII, your platform, sign-in provider and approximate last sign-in date. We verify ownership without asking for your password.
What is deleted
Access is blocked and the server removes the profile, progress, collection, bonds and associated diagnostics. Identity, linked authorizations and purchase-provider records are processed by the deletion queue, within 30 days after the request is accepted.
What may be retained
A minimal pseudonymous financial record of purchases, refunds and disputes may be retained for up to 24 months. A security marker without your name, email or original identifier may remain to prevent reactivation. Clear app data to remove local copies.
Specific data and other requests
You may request access, correction, cancellation or objection, withdraw consent or limit uses. Specify the data and right involved. Account deletion does not automatically request a refund from Apple or Google.
